DGC is a great place for your child to embark on a lifetime of physical fitness and joy of learning. Our trained pre-school instructors work with your child on age appropriate gymnastics skills which prepare youngsters for so much more than gymnastics. | Our pre-school age groups (18 months through 5 years) overlap so that parents can choose the program to best match the maturity and attentiveness of their child. |

| In our 45-minute Poppers class, children participate independently on specially designed pre-school equipment. Each Popper class utilizes an educational “Theme of the Week” including Space Exploration Week, Circus Week, and Beach Week. In this imaginative environment, Poppers improve gross motor, motor planning, spatial and body awareness and social skills.
