At DGC, the fun-filled sport of gymnastics is not just for children. Adult gymnasts will begin with stretching and strength building exercises before progressing to tumbling, trampoline and double mini skills. The spatial awareness, strength and flexibility gained from our adult gymnastics training will increase physical fitness and enhance performance in virtually all sports. Progressive skill training, extensive use of safety mats, belts and selective hand spotting techniques are used to ensure safety.
