| CLASS ENROLLMENT |
|
| Class placement is guaranteed with full payment in advance and submission of a signed registration form. While DGC will make every attempt to place each participant in his/her first choice, registration is conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis. In the event the participant’s first choice is not available, DGC will contact you regarding alternative class options. Participants already enrolled in classes are given priority; however, to guarantee continuation of the same class payment must be made three weeks before the start of the next session. |

| CLASS TIMES |
|
| DGC classes will start and end promptly in accordance with scheduled times. Please do not leave children more than ten minutes before the start of a class and be sure to pick children up promptly. |

| VISITORS |
|
| With the exception of “Parent Participation” classes, adults and other visitors are not permitted in the gym. Parents / guardians / visitors must remain in designated areas. In order to ensure the safety of all children, DGC requests that visitors watch quietly and refrain from waving, gesturing or otherwise communicating with children during classes. |

| SIBLING DROP-INS |
|
| In the event you need to bring along a non-registered sibling of a class participant, DGC will permit one-time sibling participation in a concurrent age-appropriate class, subject to availability. To participate, the fee is $25 and a registration form must be completed. |

| CLOTHING |
|
| Girls age five and older should wear a one-piece leotard. Long hair should be tied up and pulled away from the face. Boys must wear gym shorts and a t-shirt. Participants should not wear baggy clothing, jeans, or other articles of clothing with buckles, buttons, zippers or other items that could cause injury. No jewelry is permitted. Tumbling & Trampoline classes and Boy’s Tumbling require socks. |

| VALUABLES |
|
| DGC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Articles found will be placed in lost & found and any items not collected within 30 days will be donated to a local charity. |

| PAYMENT |
|
| Payment in full must be made when registering for classes. DGC accepts cash, checks (made payable to “DGC”) and all major credit cards. There is a $25 administrative fee for changing classes (assuming availability) and a $25 fee for returned checks. There are no credits or refunds given at any time. |

| ATTENDANCE & MAKE-UPS |
|
| DGC is not responsible for the participant’s attendance and does not offer refunds or issue credits for missed classes. Participants are permitted two (2) make-up classes per session and make-ups must be scheduled in advance. Make-up classes will be permitted based on class availability and must be completed before the end of the session. Make-ups may only be used by the participant enrolled in the session. |

| TRIAL CLASSES |
|
| Trial classes are subject to availability and cost $25 per trial. To sign up for a trial class, contact DGC at 301.770.2700. Amounts paid for a trial class will be credited against the cost of the same session should you elect to enroll your child in a class. |

| BEHAVIOR |
|
| To ensure the safety of all children and provide an enjoyable experience for all participants, DGC reserves the right to recommend that a child be transferred to a different class, or in extreme cases, remove a child from the class and refund any fees paid for the remainder of the session. Such behavior may include, but is not limited to: pushing, hitting, biting, running away from the group or instructor, and/or other impulsive/aggressive behavior that may endanger the safety of themselves or others. |

| SNOW DAYS |
|
| In the event of inclement weather, please check our website, www.DynamiteGC.com for cancellations. Classes that are missed because of weather can be made up during the session. |

| HOLIDAYS |
|
| DGC will be closed on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and Thanksgiving (Thursday - Sunday). |
