When school is out, gymnastics camp is IN at Dynamite!

Need a place for your kids to get all that energy out during vacation and days off from school? Bring them to Dynamite for an awesome camp experience including gymnastics instruction, games, crafts, and free play! Dynamite offers day camp programs for kids and teens ages 3.5 – 15 during winter and spring breaks, as well as MCPS holidays, and all summer--from the last day of the school year until Labor Day weekend. School's Out Camps are offered by the day; Summer Camp is offered weekly throughout the summer, and daily through 4th of July week.

Dynamite camp is super fun for the kids and super flexible for parents. Need another camp day for your kids' holidays or days off?  We are happy to work with schools and groups to open camp days to fit your schedule.

Please note that Dynamite is a peanut and tree nut-free facility and all lunches and snacks brought from home must not include any nuts or traces of nuts, nor be manufactured on a shared line with tree nuts. Our parents with dangerously allergic children truly appreciate your consideration in packing food that is made in a nut-free facility.

What does a Dynamite day look like?

During morning sessions, campers will learn gymnastics and participate in other age-appropriate activities. The pre-school campers rotate between gymnastics and arts & crafts, followed by snack and story time; school-aged campers spend the entire morning in the gym rotating between the apparatus.

The lunch break includes lunch (Any nut-free/peanut-free food brought from home or pizza purchased through Dynamite* in the morning during drop off, or if your child is Half Day PM extended by calling us in the morning to add them to the pizza list) , board games, and independent time (i.e., reading and relaxing). During the afternoon, campers can choose from a variety of activities including workshops for specific skills, trampoline, arts & crafts, and games.

During the summer, parents can opt for extended care (early drop-off and late pick-up), which provides gymnasts with activities including free play in the gym, reading, games, and snack time.

Our enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly instructors will ensure that every child, regardless of temperament and ability, will have a truly exceptional time at Dynamite!
