| At DGC, your child will develop a strong foundation for all sports through the spatial awareness, motor planning, strength, flexibility and coordination that the sport of gymnastics is uniquely structured to provide. Our well trained, caring instructors help children develop a successful and positive self image through the sport of gymnastics. We use the most innovative gymnastics equipment and training techniques to introduce the exacting skills required for gymnastics in the safest and most effective way. |
