GYMNASTICS

 Ages: 6 - adults | 60-minute classes: $165/month | 90-minute classes: $195/month

Think Olympics. Students develop skills on bars, beam, vault and the spring floor. While Women's Artistic Gymnastics, what we call Gymnastics, is a girls-only sport, we welcome boys as well. This class typically includes strength conditioning and more flexibility training than our other classes.

 

Our Gymnastics classes are recommended for students who have found Gymfusion too easy or who want to focus on proper progressions and technique. Students must be at least six years old to join Gymnastics. While our Gymnastics (6 - 8) classes are 60 minutes, we offer 90-minute classes to children 7 and up.

 

Once a student has mastered foundational skills, they can be invited to transfer into Advanced Gymnastics or our competitive track.​ Advanced classes and team track require a teacher recommendation and evaluation.
