TUMBLING AT BOLT PARKOUR

 

Tumbling is a multi-disciplinary sport that is being increasingly incorporated into cheer, dance, Crossfit and yoga. Starting with rolls, handstands and bridges, students will follow progressions as they evolve from cartwheels to round-offs, from walkovers to handsprings, and from rolls to flips. In addition to learning and practicing skills, students will develop skills-specific strength and flexibility to aid in their progress.

 

Tumbling is also one of the three events in Trampoline & Tumbling, so students interested in eventually competing can aspire to join Dynamite's power tumbling team. 

Difficulty: Beginner, Moderate

Class Ratio: 8 to 1

Equipment: Air Floor, Spring Floor, Mini Trampoline, Rod Floor

Class Ages: Tumbling (7+)

Class Length: 60 minutes

Invitation Only: TNT Pre-team and TNT Team
