OUR OTHER GYMS

No matter who walks in our door, we strive to have a space for everyone. Some people know exactly what they are looking for; others aren't sure.

We realize that gymnastics can be too scripted for some kids (especially when they are just starting out), so we created The Agility Center (ninja warrior + trampolines + tumbling) and Bolt Parkour, where students develop more self-driven motor planning and natural athleticism.

Dynamite, TAC and Bolt are close enough (in the same parking lot) that you can have your kids at different gyms at the same time or feel free to move between the gyms until you find the perfect fit.

Spark Gymnastics, located in Shady Grove, offers a similar program to Dynamite's.

Don't forget: Makeup tokens can be redeemed at any of the gyms.

Bolt Parkour
(next door to Dynamite)

Is your child full of energy and constantly moving? Do you want improved dexterity and athleticism? Bolt is the place to build your most functional body.

Parkour teaches students how to vault, dive, and leap over, under and around obstacles, while Tricking introduces tumbling and flipping skills.

Our coaches serve as role models, helping students develop character through teamwork and kindness.

The Agility Center
(at the end of the parking lot from Dynamite)

Combining three disciplines--tumbling, ninja warrior and tumbling--Agility helps students build all-around functional movement.

Ninja warrior courses build upper-body strength, obstacle courses develop dexterity, and trampolining builds air awareness.

The Agility Center is home to Motion Education, our program for kids with special needs.

Spark Gymnastics

Spark Gymnastics, located in Shady Grove, shares the same preschool, gymnastics and tumbling curricula and supportive culture as Dynamite.

Spark teachers recognize the importance of connecting with every child. This foundation is critical to helping students feel supported as they learn new skills on their path to working towards their goals.
