Artistic gymnastics + Trampoline & Tumbling (TNT) = Gymfusion

 

Gymfusion is a unique class where students have the opportunity to learn and practice skills on Gymnastics and TNT equipment. Perfect for kids who prefer a little of everything or want to figure out what they like, Gymfusion classes tend to be more focused on fun and have shorter rotations--a great option for beginners and kids who do not want to specialize or compete.

Gymfusion provides a seamless transition for kids who are ready to transfer out of Preschool (as early as 5 years old). The skills (i.e., rolls, handstands, casting on bars) taught in Preschool easily transfer to Gymfusion; the difference being that the students move out of the preschool area and onto the intermediate equipment: low beams, single bars, bouncier trampolines and double-mini trampolines. 

 

Gymfusion students may decide at any time (after turning 6) to specialize in TNT, Gymnastics or Tumbling, but are welcome to remain in Gymfusion for as long as they like. We offer Gymfusion to kids from 5 - 17.​
