Artistic gymnastics + Trampoline & Tumbling (T&T) = Gymfusion

 

Gymfusion is a unique class where students have the opportunity to learn and practice skills on Gymnastics and T&T equipment. Perfect for kids who prefer a little of everything or want to figure out what they like, Gymfusion classes tend to be more focused on fun and have shorter rotations--a great option for beginners and kids who do not want to specialize or compete.

Gymfusion provides a seamless transition for kids who are ready to transfer out of Preschool (as early as 5 years old). The skills (i.e., rolls, handstands, casting on bars) taught in Preschool easily transfer to Gymfusion; the difference being that the students move out of the preschool area and onto the intermediate equipment: low beams, single bars, bouncier trampolines and double-mini trampolines. 

 

Gymfusion students may decide at any time (after turning 6) to specialize in T&T, Gymnastics or Tumbling, but are welcome to remain in Gymfusion for as long as they like. We offer Gymfusion to kids from 5 - 17.​
