Here's exactly what to expect in our parent portal — and if anything gives you trouble, we'll book it for you.
Open our parent portal and browse the class list. Use the Filters button to narrow things down by your child's age so you only see classes that fit.
Find a day and time that work for your family, then click into the class to see its details.
On the class page, look for the trial booking option — it's usually shown as "Request a Trial" or similar. Select it to start your trial request.
You'll create a quick parent account and add your child — have their birthdate handy. It only takes a minute.
You'll get a confirmation email from us — that's it, you're booked. Just show up in comfy clothes and we'll take care of the rest.
Didn't get the confirmation email? Check your spam or promotions folder — it sometimes lands there.
Can't find the trial option on a class? Some classes fill up — try another time slot, or use the form below and we'll find a spot for you.
Not sure which class is right? Use the class finder on our home page and it'll point you to the best fit for your child's age.
