Our toddler gymnastics program is built for children ages 6 months to 3 years. Parent-and-me classes (often called mommy-and-me gymnastics) let you move right alongside your toddler, while our youngest independent classes help 3-year-olds gain confidence on their own. Toddlers jump, roll, climb, and balance through soft, age-appropriate obstacle courses.
Classes run 35–45 minutes to match a toddler's attention span, with a maximum of 6 children per class. Our patient, experienced coaches make every session feel like play.
