Summer Camp 2026 in North Bethesda: Dates, Pricing & What a Day Looks Like

Campers at Dynamite Gymnastics summer camp

Summer's the best season at Dynamite. School's out, the gym's buzzing, and camp is where a lot of kids fall for gymnastics in the first place β€” no pressure, all play. Here's everything you need to plan your weeks: dates, pricing, what a day actually looks like, and what to pack.

August weeks are still open

Our premium camp weeks run August 3–21, 2026, and spots are still available β€” but weeks fill on a first-come basis, and August books fast with school starting August 25. If you need coverage for those last few weeks of summer, now's the time. Register for a week.

Camp pricing at a glance

Week typeFull dayHalf day
Regular weeks (through Jul 31)$455/wk or $130/day$305/wk or $85/day
Premium weeks (Aug 3–21)$495/wk or $140/day$345/wk or $90/day

Daily rates mean you can book a single day if a full week doesn't fit your schedule. See our full pricing page for class tuition and other programs.

What a camp day looks like

Camp runs 8:30am to 4:30pm, and the day is built to keep kids moving without wearing them out:

Half-day campers get the morning block. Full-day campers add lunch, an afternoon rotation, and more free play.

Ages and experience

Camp is open to ages 3.5 and up, grouped by age and experience so a first-timer and a seasoned gymnast each get the right level of challenge. No gymnastics experience is required β€” campers arrive every week having never set foot in a gym, and leave with real skills and a week's worth of new friends. If your camper is brand new, our guide on what to expect at a first class covers the nerves.

What to pack

Before your first day

Summer camp requires additional Maryland health forms beyond standard class registration. We'll send them when you register β€” completing them early saves a scramble on Monday morning. Questions about forms, groupings, or the daily schedule? Reach out and we'll walk you through it.

No school? No problem.

Camp isn't just a summer thing. We run School's Out camps on MCPS closure days throughout the year β€” teacher workdays, long weekends, and breaks when school's closed but you're still working. Same formula: rotations, games, crafts, and free play. See our camps page for the current calendar.
